I am a member of the Platform Enneagram Professionals; https://www.enneagramplatform.nl. Here I follow refresher courses several times a year on various in-depth themes. I also follow similar courses at the Enneagram Stichting Nederland.

In 2019 I joined the management consultancy agency Windkracht 11 https://www.windkracht-11.nl as a business partner. Here we focus on cultural change processes and leadership development.

‘Jolanda immediately realized that I was ‘on a moving train’, something I had never realized myself. Opportunities were for me to be seized. In a few sessions I funneled, through various techniques (the Enneagram) further and further into my (current) motives, core capacities, competencies and pitfalls. And soon I found what I still had in store for myself.

I thought I knew myself well, but there were still many loose ends that hindered my real insight and real growth. Jolanda offered to go deeper. The techniques she used are also ideal for discussing personal development and its stagnation. Through this I discovered my ‘blind spots’, the why of jumping on that moving train, facing obstacles that prevented me from realizing my dreams, in fact… they prevented me from shaping them to begin with.

Through Jolanda’s expertise, experience, and involvement, she knows how to create a safe environment in which you can be more honest than ever with yourself. She is pure and knows how to open up people, so you can be who you really are in the process. She doesn’t let you flee into your ‘protective’ automatisms, so that you can actually grow. It made me take the step to say goodbye to something I was good at, but which cost me more and more energy. This allowed me to acknowledge that my field of work had gone in a direction in which I was less and less happy and suddenly no moving train passed by. She made me realize that I have more talents in me that are worth exploring, that this is all inside of me and that I can put my heart and soul into those things that I believe in.
